The hotel burnt before our first night and we are still missing some items with no explanations or response to numerous follow-ups. So there is nothing i liked about the hotel.

Nothing. The welcome was terrible. I wasn't allowed to check in early even when there was clearly available room that I was made to pay for. Date bedrooms and bedding, bare bathroom, the list goes on.

The eggs and freshly prepared foods were good. Pastries were a bit stale. I mentioned this to the staff and some effeort was made to improve the [pastries the following days. The desk and chair in the room were very good for working on the laptop. Efficient check in service.

I had been staying at Hilton garden inn almost a month & it was my memorable experience. The cleaning of the hotel was amazing, hospitality was amazing all staff were very polite nice helpful specially thanks to johar at reception lady who always smile, even I could feel her smile which come from her hospitality & specially thanks to Manager Faisal who also helped me to solved my problems. Will be back guys inshallah soon.

The service staff were exceptional. They tried to make our stay comfortable even though our issues were out of their control. General cleaning was good but il5here is room for improvement. Food was delicious. Above average hotel room size.
